Engagement models

Contract

Our employee, on assignment with you, for the length of the project. Useful for defined-scope work, surge capacity, or roles you do not want to add to permanent headcount. Common terms run three months to multi-year.

Contract-to-hire

Three to six month evaluation period at a contract rate, with conversion to your headcount built into the structure. Reduces hiring risk for both sides on roles where chemistry and fit matter as much as skills.

Direct hire

Full-time placement onto your headcount. Contingency-based fee, billed only on accepted offer. 90-day replacement guarantee.

  • Day-one onboarding. The candidate is ready to start the assignment.

Additional pre-employment checks (drug screen, education verification, motor-vehicle record) are available when your role requires them; we coordinate these through your preferred vendor.
